Our business is growing and we are looking to add team members for two positions, both starting with part-time hours.

The team members we are looking to add are a nutrition coach and CrossFit coach.
At Constant Conditioning, we help our clients along their fitness journey by building healthy sustainable habits with both nutrition and fitness.

We have helped many clients reach their goals and improve their health. We work with all populations and fitness levels.

Nutrition Coach Role

We’re looking for a self-motivated, highly energetic professional who understands the nutritional needs of a wide range of people, from clients who want to lose weight, to those who are building muscle for athletic pursuits. The ideal candidate will have a background in sports, fitness, working with kids and nutrition as well as a service-oriented attitude.

Tasks:

  • Meet with clients individually to create a customized plan with them
  • Follow-up with clients throughout the month to ensure they are on the right track
  • Develop nutrition content (emails, blogs, videos, and social media content)
  • Publish one blog post monthly on nutritional habits and practices for our website
  • Promote and build the nutrition program under the Constant Conditioning umbrella

Skills and requirements:

  • Must be Precision Nutrition Certified or willing to become certified
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn technology quickly
  • Ability to adapt and evolve as the company grows
  • Completion of the HSN Training Course once hired
  • Willingness to become part of our team and begin working out in our group fitness classes

Work Schedule:

Flexible based on your availability.

Wage:

Percentage based on client retention.

Job Type:

 Part-time, can grow into full-time.

Fitness Coach Role

The ideal candidate will have a background in sports, fitness, working with kids and nutrition as well as excellent communication skills, a commanding presence in front of a group, planning and problem-solving skills.

Tasks:

  • Coach group fitness classes
  • Coach one-on-one personal training sessions
  • Clean and organize the gym area
  • Help develop fitness content (emails, blogs, videos, and social media content)
  • Promote both the fitness and nutrition programs

Skills and requirements:

  • Must be CrossFit L1 or willing to become certified
  • Prior coaching experience preferred but not required 
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn technology quickly
  • Ability to adapt and evolve as the company grows
  • Willingness to become part of our team and begin working out in our group fitness classes

Work Schedule:

Must be available to coach early mornings at 5:30 AM and/or late evenings until 9 PM and some weekends.

Wage:

Based on skill & experience
